Rules & Safety Information RULES FOR BOUNCE HOUSES SAFETY FIRST –

Read and follow all posted / provided safety rules as you are responsible for safe operation and hold harmless Bounce Magic Inflatable rental thereof. CHILDREN MUST BE SUPERVISED AT ALL TIMES.

SPECIFIC RULES TO FOLLOW:

1. Compatible age groups must play on unit at the same time. Age groups must not be mixed. Different sized children must not be mixed

2. The inflatable unit should not be operated if winds exceed 25 mph or in rain or lightning conditions.

3. The maximum number of children allowed in the standard 13×13 or 15×15 bounce house is: (for 15×15 units add 2 more kids and 1 adult) Ages 2 to 8, 8 children maximum Ages 9 to 13, 6 children maximum Ages 14 to 17, 4 children maximum Adults 3 maximum

4. Do not wear shoes while in/on Jumpers or Slides.

5. Make sure no sharp objects in or on clothing.

6. Do not wear eyeglasses in/on Jumpers or Slides. All persons must remove shoes, glasses, jewelry, and anything else that may harm the bounce house or other users of the bounce house or anyone in or around the bounce house.

7. No flips, somersaults or horseplay. The operator must strictly enforce the rules posted on the warning sign and on this contract.

8. No food, drink, silly string or gum inside or near (within 10 feet) of the bounce house. If this occurs there will be a $250.00 cleaning fee charge to clean food and drink residue from the bounce house.

9. Please do not cut the plastic ties on the front of the bounce house.

10. Please do not tape or fasten anything on the bounce house.

11. All rentals to be picked up same day a time will be set upon set up of bounce house.

Typical daily rental consists of 4-8 hour period

 

CANCELLATION POLICY 

Deposits are refundable if cancelled due to weather related issues. We reserves the right to cancel your reservation if we need too due to inclement weather which includes rain or high winds, unexpected damage to rented unit from previous rentals, and any emergency situation that could arise. If this happens our customers will receive the option for a full refund or the option to rebook either a different unit that may be available or a different date. Also if you cancel your event or decide not to rent from us we require a minimum of a 10 day notice. If you cancel and do not give us appropriate notice your deposit will not be refunded.

RAIN POLICY

If you chose to rent although there is a HIGH chance of rain you will STILL be CHARGED. 
We follow the weather. If the Weather Says there is a high chance of rain (20% or higher) It will be your choice to continue. There will be a at minimum $50 charge to cover the drive and drying if we set up there Will be NO Refund given at all

 

SHOULD THE BOUNCE HOUSE BEGIN TO DEFLATE OR ANY OTHER EMERGENCIES

10 RULES FOR A SAFE PARTY

CHILDREN MUST BE SUPERVISED AT ALL TIMES

.Please read the list to all children using the giant slide.

 

1. No more than 3 adults or 5 children on the Slide at the same time

2. There should be only 1 person going down the slide at a time

3. No Doubles and No Racing.

4. All persons must remove shoes, glasses, jewelry, and anything else that may harm the Slide or other users of the Slide, or anyone on or around the Slide.

5. No flips, somersaults, or horseplay.

6. No food or drink on or near (within 10 feet) of the Slide. If this occurs there will be a $150.00 cleaning fee charged to clean food and drink residue from the Slide.

7. Please DO NOT open air hatches located on the front and rear of the Slide.8. Please do not tape or fasten anything to the Slide.

9. No playing in or around Ropes or Stakes of the Slide.

10. There needs to be 2 adults supervising slide at all times. If unable to provide supervision,
