Bounce Magic Inflatable Rental
SAFETY FIRST
All renters and participants must read and follow all posted and provided safety rules. By using any inflatable, you agree that you are responsible for safe operation and agree to hold harmless Bounce Magic Inflatable Rental.
CHILDREN MUST BE SUPERVISED AT ALL TIMES.
GENERAL RULES FOR BOUNCE HOUSES
1. Age & Size Compatibility

Only compatible age groups may use the inflatable at the same time.

Do not mix age groups or significantly different-sized children.
2. Weather Restrictions
-
Do not operate the inflatable in winds over 25 mph, rain, or lightning.
3. Maximum Occupancy
Standard 13×13 or 15×15 Bounce Houses
(For 15×15 units, add 2 children or 1 adult)

4. Shoes

No shoes allowed inside or on any inflatable.
5. Sharp Objects

Remove all sharp objects in pockets or on clothing.
6. Glasses & Accessories
-
Remove glasses, jewelry, belts, and any item that could damage the inflatable or injure others.
7. Behavior
-
No flips, somersaults, wrestling, or horseplay.
-
Operator must enforce all posted rules.
8. Food & Drink
-
No food, drink, gum, candy, or silly string inside or within 10 feet of the inflatable.
-
Violations could result in a $250 cleaning fee.
9. Equipment Protection
-
Do not cut plastic ties on the inflatable.
-
Do not tape, glue, or fasten anything to the inflatable.

Do not transport/ move equipment from the stated address
10. Rental Duration

All rentals are same‑day pickup. Unless otherwise noted
-
Typical rental period is 4–8 hours.
CANCELLATION POLICY
-
Deposits are refundable only for weather‑related cancellations.

Bounce Magic Inflatable Rental reserves the right to cancel due to:

Rain or high winds
-
Damage from previous rentals
-
Emergency situations
-

If we/ BMI cancels, you may choose:

A full refund,
-
To the opportunity to rebook another available unit or date

If you cancel, a 10‑day notice is required for a refund.Without proper notice, deposits are not refunded.

RAIN POLICY
-
If you choose to proceed when there is a 20% or higher chance of rain, you will still be charged.
-
If we set up and it rains, there is a minimum $50 fee for travel and drying.
-
No refunds will be issued once setup has occurred.
-
EMERGENCY PROCEDURES
If the inflatable begins to deflate or any emergency occurs:

Do NOT leave the inflatable unattended.

10 RULES FOR A SAFE SLIDE PARTY
CHILDREN MUST BE SUPERVISED AT ALL TIMES.
Please read these rules to all children before use.

Maximum of 3 adults or 5 children on the slide at one time.

Only one person may slide at a time.
-
No doubles and no racing.
-
Remove shoes, glasses, jewelry, and sharp objects.
-
No flips, somersaults, or horseplay.
-
No food or drink within 10 feet of the slide.
-
Violations result in a $150 cleaning fee.

Do not open air hatches on the front or rear of the slide.
-
Do not tape or fasten anything to the slide.
-
No playing near ropes, stakes, or anchoring equipment.
-
Two adults must supervise the slide at all times.
-
Supervision can be provided by Bounce Magic for an additional labor fee.

Common Sense Edition

Don’t wait until the last minute to book — availability is not guaranteed.
-
Cut your grass several days before your rental.
-
If you allow pets to roam your yard, clean up all waste before setup.
-
We will not set up on yards with dog waste, rocks, or glass.
-

Check for overhead power lines before choosing your setup spot.
-
If we see them, we will not set up there.
-

Paying by check?
-
Pay one week early — the check must clear before setup.
